Methodist enters the championship seeded first in 12 events while the Captains and Shenandoah both have the top seed in eight events. Shenandoah and Virginia Wesleyan are each seeded first in one event.

Field events will get started at 11:00am with the women's weight throw. The women's 60m hurdles will start the track events at 11:00am.

Dira Hansen is seeded first in the women's 800m followed by Amy Smith from Shenandoah. Hansen and Smith are also the first two spots in the women's mile. Hansen is also the No. 1 seed in the women's triple jump.

Jade Zaharoff and Erin Rolaf are one-two in the women's 5,000m. The Captains are also the top seed in the women's 4x400m relay. On the men's side, Richard Roethel earned the top seed in the men's high jump.
